India Vs South Africa 1st Test SA Won By 72 Runs

208 runs victory. Pace bowling is a bit difficult on that pitch. But our star batsmen could not stand. In the first Test in three days, India lost to South Africa by 72 runs. India scored 135/10 in the second innings in order to break the 208-run victory over New Zealand on Monday. Ashwin (53 from 53 balls, 5 fours) all but lost. “Man of the Match” Vernon Philander (6/42) hit India with his outstanding performance. 

South Africa scored 130 runs in the second innings. De Villiers (35 from 50 balls, 2 fours and 2 sixes) fought only one. Shami and Bumrah took 3 wickets.

Kohli returned to LB as the Philander showed his seam blow. After losing wickets in the series, seven wickets for 82 runs. After the tea break, Ashwin and Bhuvneshwar raised the hopes. But Philander took three wickets in four balls gave finishing touch. South Africa lead in the three-match series with a fresh result. The second Test will be held in Centurion from Saturday.

South Africa 286 & 130 beat India 209 & 135 (R Ashwin 37; Vernon Philander 6/42) by 72 runs

In this Test, Indian keeper Saha has been part of the 10 wickets and has broken the record of Dhoni (9). He took five catches in each innings.
